Krishna Badireddy
CEO & Founder
Krishna is the CEO and Founder of Talentas Technology. In his role, Krishna is responsible for company’s strategy and business growth, client relationship and companies operations. Krishna brings to Talentas 25 years of experience in various managerial and business roles in IT Industry. Prior to founding Talentas, Krishna founded C & C Technology, a Software Services company specializing in AI & Analytics. Krishna has worked as Director and in different roles with small, medium and large scale companies and played a major role in growth of the organisation and revenues, strategy building, people and process management.
Krishna holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications from Government of India and Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University. He is passionate about Food, travel & cricket.
Sandeep Dachepally
Director
Sandeep is the Director of Delivery at Talentas, where he leads the delivery of all services, including digital, technology and day-to-day operations. He is also responsible for driving quality & operational excellence within Talentas and client organizations.
Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in IT & Software and prior to joining Talentas, he worked in Senior Management roles with Fortune 500 companies where he was managing Development & Quality Engineering Teams with emphasis on providing right customer experience employing reduced time to market strategies.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Gulbarga University. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Test Manager. He is fond of Food and loves to cook & play cricket

Software Developer
Your goal will be to build and implement functional programs across a diverse range of digital products and delivery platforms. You should work closely with our Front-end development team, UX/UI design teams, and business partners in a challenging, fast-paced, agile environment to deliver the web and mobile applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software design and development
- Strong experience in .NET Core Framework and coding languages (C#, JavaScript) and MVC framework /Systems (Three Layer Architecture)
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g.Entity Framework) and knowledge in SQL and No-SQL
- Knowledge of various Design patterns, Event driven programming and Rest API's
- Good to have knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket
- Excellent Communication, presentation, problem-solving and team working skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop .NET Applications (Web/Mobile/Windows/API)
- Design and implement RESTful web services in .NET using industry best practices
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Join an agile team; participating in stand-ups, iteration planning, design reviews and other typical agile ceremonies
Associate Data Analyst
Your goal will be to interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. You as a Data Analyst will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, you will report back what has been found in a comprehensive study to the wider business/relevant colleagues.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in querying databases (SQL & PL/SQL)
- Strong T-SQL, experience in creating complex Stored Procedures & Triggers
- Proficiency in at one programming language like R, Python
- Understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques
- Understanding of Cloud environments (preferred)
- Experience in BI and Data visualization
- Good communication skills
- Work with Data Integration Lead to conduct ETL of data.
- A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics is mandatory
